Spice up shower time with this invigorating lemongrass & ginger bodywash from Tisha of JoyFull Inspirations!

A few years ago, I discovered the benefits of essential oils on accident. I was visiting my sister in Florida. I was five months pregnant with my sixth child and I was feeling discomfort in my neck. She gave me a drop of peppermint oil with a couple drops of olive oil and told me to rub it on my neck. If you could take a picture of my face at that moment, you would laugh because I was looking at her like she was from another planet. How is this oil concoction going to help my neck? With much hesitation, I gave it a try. To my amazement, I felt better within minutes. I was intrigued.

I was on a mission to research the peppermint essential oil from Young Living  and get some in my hands ASAP! I have used them every day since. Not only for me, but for my family, friends, and anyone who is interested in achieving abundant health naturally.

My goal is to incorporate essential oils into my daily routine with minimal effort. One way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils is in body wash. I love starting out my day with an invigorating citrus shower with the added benefits of therapeutic essential oils. I tried Caldrea hand soaps and lotions years ago, but after I discovered how to make my own soaps and lotions at a fraction of the cost with high quality essential oils, I was moving on to easy DIY projects!

Making chemical-free DIY household and personal items can be easy and fun. I use this time to bond with my children as we experiment and create new things together. Essential oils is as much a part of their lives as it is mine. My goal is to create things that are simple so when we run out, my husband or kids can refill the bottles!

This body wash is so easy to mix up. In minutes, you can have a moisturizing body wash that will tickle your senses. This body wash is made with simple ingredients that you can pronounce with no parabens, sulfates, or preservatives! I love how this body wash moisturizes my skin and leaves me feeling uplifted and energized.

Now you have the opportunity to move towards a toxin-free home by replacing your chemical laden products with clean, toxic-free, budget-friendly DIY products.

Fight naturally. Heal Naturally.

I started my blogging journey in December 2015 after my sixth blessing was born. Writing was never a passion of mine, but I decided to start a blog because many friends and family wanted guidance and support on their gluten-free journey. What began as a home for gluten-free recipes and lifestyle support transformed into a place for encouragement and inspiration for anyone desiring to improve their health and wellness.

My main focus is uncovering the JOYs of life’s challenges by providing a positive approach to real-life trials. Whether it is health and wellness challenges or the daily stresses of life, I seek to encourage, empower, and educate as many people as possible.

After discovering the benefits of essential oils, our family of eight experienced a major positive shift in health and wellness. What I love most about creating content is the opportunity to touch lives by sharing our research, experience, and creations with others and providing encouragement and support on their journey.
